Here are the directions. Read them here because they're in Japanese on the website.
- Click "START"
- Wait for the count down
- Memorize each number's position on the screen
- Then click the circles from the position of the smallest to largest number
- At the end of the game the computer will tell you the age of your brain (according to them)
- Leave a comment with your brain age!
I did this twice and both times my brain age was 35. I blame pregnancy. I also had trouble with mixing up the sixes and nines, which I did consistently. I don't think that is pregnancy-related.
34 then 33. like abby, the zeros messed me up. =)
ReplyDeleteJust read the Twitter news. SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY for all of you. She looks like an angel. Good work, Beck!
ReplyDeleteI just saw the twitter...Congratulations! Can't wait to see photos!
ReplyDeleteI got 34 the first time I tried it a few days ago, and then 26 when I tried it again just now. Honestly, I think the part that throws me is the countdown before hand, because I verbally say the numbers to myself when I click on them, so seeing a 3/2/1 right before all those other numbers messes me up! I wonder if I'd do better with a color-based countdown.
ReplyDeleteWhoa. The last time I was on here you were having mild contractions. And now she's here! That was fast!! I'm so excited for you guys. :)
ReplyDeleteDo you still have my Illinois motorcycle trip somewhere? I want to save a copy for myself. No hurry, i know you have other priorities right now. =)
ReplyDeleteFirst time I got 37...so I took it again and got a 25. I'm not really sure what that means for my 20 year old brain.
ReplyDeleteSuperman's mom and I about tie! First pass was 54 (my real age) progressed to 35 (second try) because I finally understood the directions AND did a better job of remembering that 0 comes before 1.
ReplyDeleteI got 26 and then 22. Will plat later with Rapunzel and see how she does.
ReplyDeleteI got 22 so just a few years different from my actual age...i do have a semi photographic memory though so that helps:D
ReplyDeleteThe first time I got 55 then the second time I got 36. I think I'll quit while I'm looking kinda good.
ReplyDeleteMy brain is as quick as a dead bunny. I'm 56.
ReplyDeleteI was 22, and I'm afraid to try it again in case I get old. It's really about whether or not you have a photographic memory and good peripheral vision - I didn't even have time to move my eyes around the whole screen before the numbers disappeared.
ReplyDeleteI was 31. I kept foretting about the 0's.
ReplyDeleteI was 33 then 24. Does younger necessariliy mean faster?
ReplyDeleteI guess younger is better. I tried 4 times. 22, 26, 28 ,24. I will be 37 (yikes) this year!
ReplyDeleteI got 33 the first time, which isn't too bad considering I will be 34 in March, and 20 the second time. Not bad, considering I haven't even had a whole cup of coffee yet!
ReplyDeleteI got 28 the first time but 31 the second. I'm getting slower by the minute!
