A birth story

Here is my all-time favorite birth story for you to read as you wait for my own to transpire. Don't expect mine to be written nearly as well or for it to be half as hilarious. I have never been able to read through the whole thing without laughing out loud and I've read it many many times.

  2. Dear Baby, I have finals to study for but can't focus because I keep thinking that your mom may be going into labor Right Now all day. Come out into the world soon. It's not so bad out here and you will have nice soft blankets awaiting you (along with your loving and anxious to meet you parents, family, friends, etc). I love soft blankets. You need to come show Methyl who that bassinet really belongs to! Love,Auntie Karen

  3. Oh my goodness. That was hilarious. I'm sitting in SJSU's library trying not to laugh my head off while people are looking at me funny.

  4. My coworker was 12 days overdue and not progressed at all. She took some castor oil and three hours later the baby was born. They didn't even have time to formally check in to the hospital; she just drove from her house (fifteen minutes away), walked in to the hospital, pushed three times, and voila! baby!
